2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of MyHospitalNow, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. • Hospital: A registered healthcare institution listed on the "Hospitals" website, capable of offering medical treatment and services.
• Quote Request: A request submitted by a patient for medical treatment, which is forwarded to hospitals for bidding.
• Bid: A response from a hospital to a Quote Request, providing details of the medical treatment, cost, and other relevant information.
• Appointment: A scheduled event between a patient and a doctor, which can be booked through the platform.

4. Use of the Platform

MyHospitalNow provides a platform for the following types of users:

• Patients: Patients can submit treatment requests via the "MyHospitalNow" platform, which are forwarded to registered hospitals. Patients can review bids, compare services, and select a hospital that best meets their needs. Patients may only approve one hospital per Quote Request.
• Doctors: Doctors can create profiles to showcase their qualifications, specialization, and treatment options. Doctors can manage their schedule by setting available time slots and accepting appointments. Doctors can also offer consultation services to patients.
• Hospitals: Hospitals can create detailed profiles, including contact information, consultation prices, and services offered. Hospitals can view and respond to Quote Requests through the "My Bids" and "Other Bids" sections. They can post images, videos, and share achievements on their profile.

5. Patient Responsibilities

As a patient using MyHospitalNow, you agree to the following responsibilities:

• You will provide accurate and up-to-date information when submitting a Quote Request.
• You will carefully review bids from hospitals and make an informed decision based on the bids received.
• You understand that you can only approve one hospital per Quote Request.
• You will comply with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction when using the platform.
• You will not use the Website for any unlawful or prohibited activities.

6. Hospital Responsibilities

As a hospital using MyHospitalNow, you agree to the following responsibilities:

• You will provide accurate and truthful information in your hospital profile.
• You will respond to Quote Requests with detailed bids, including your prices, descriptions, and any other relevant information.
• You will respect the confidentiality of patient information provided to you through the platform.
• You understand that once a patient approves your bid, you are committed to fulfilling the services outlined in your bid.
• You will not post or share false information or engage in fraudulent activities on the platform.

7. Doctor Responsibilities

As a doctor using MyHospitalNow, you agree to the following responsibilities:

• You will provide accurate information in your profile, including your qualifications, specialties, and other relevant details.
• You will maintain a professional and respectful demeanor when interacting with patients.
• You will manage your schedule and appointments responsibly, ensuring that you are available for your patients at the agreed-upon times.
• You will adhere to the laws and ethical guidelines governing medical practice in your jurisdiction.

8. Bid Submission and Acceptance

The bidding process is central to the operation of MyHospitalNow. The following steps outline how bids are submitted and accepted:

• When a patient submits a Quote Request, registered hospitals will receive the request and can choose to submit a bid.
• Each hospital bid must include a detailed description of the treatment, the price, and any other relevant information.
• The patient will receive all bids submitted by hospitals and can review them in detail.
• Once a patient reviews the bids, they can select one hospital to approve for the requested treatment.
• The hospital selected by the patient must fulfill the services outlined in the bid. Once approved, no further changes or bids can be made for that Quote Request.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using MyHospitalNow, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Termination of Services

MyHospitalNow reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time for violating these Terms and Conditions, engaging in illegal activities, or for any other reason deemed appropriate by MyHospitalNow.

MyHospitalNow does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the services provided by hospitals, doctors, or patients. The platform serves as an intermediary for facilitating connections and communications. MyHospitalNow is not responsible for any disputes, damages, or legal issues arising from the use of the services provided by hospitals or doctors.

12. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MyHospitalNow be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data, income, or business arising from your use or inability to use the platform.
