Hôpital Hammam Debbagh is a newly constructed public hospital designed to serve Hammam Debbagh, a town approximately 20km west of Guelma in eastern Algeria. Registered under the decentralized sectoral program (PSD) for health infrastructure, the hospital is a pivotal healthcare facility in a historically and therapeutically significant region known for its thermal springs. Despite initial approval and registration in 2010, the project has experienced considerable delays, with construction starting in March 2020 and encountering multiple postponements due to administrative and financial issues.
