This department operates 24/7 and is equipped to handle a range of emergencies using a well-structured triage system. This system categorizes patients into five levels of urgency—critical, emergency, urgent, semi-urgent, and non-urgent—to ensure timely and appropriate care. Critical cases receive immediate attention, while emergency and urgent cases are attended to within 15 and 30 minutes respectively for the majority of patients.
