The history of our association was established in 1967, thanks to the strong will of a group of hospital owners who, with great enthusiasm and foresight, considered integrating hospitals to carry out activities aimed at improving all aspects of the hospitals located in the State of Jalisco, and to carry out activities compatible with their nature and permitted by law. Collaboration and selfless cooperation to improve hospital medical services, leaving aside aspects of selfishness and unfair competition, and also establishing the union of private hospitals as one of the main objectives. The challenges these individuals faced were not insignificant, as there was no precedent for an Association of this type, even at the national level. It represents and defends the general interests of private hospitals, interacts with relevant authorities, and participates in various health sector forums. Not left out of these beginnings was the idea of ​​joining forces to protect the private hospital sector from certain irregularities and conflicts, as later became necessary to demonstrate on several occasions.

Mission: To unite and strengthen private hospitals in Jalisco, promoting excellence in healthcare through collaboration, education, and adherence to high standards of quality and safety.

Vision: To be a leading organization in the private healthcare sector, recognized for its commitment to improving patient care and advancing the development of medical services in Jalisco.
