In and out of the ER in 3 hours for a fractured arm. Nurses and doctor were wonderful. From the ptevious reviews I saw I thought I'd be there for 10 hours even took food and blankets with me but thankfully didnt need them.

I took my 2 year old daughter to CHEO tonight and moved through to see a doctor fairly quickly. More critical cases came into emergency, so the Kids Come First clinic brought us over to see a doctor to take some pressure off the emergency room waits. Everyone was very kind and attentive. The Kids Come First clinic is an amazing resource to help fill the gap for urgent care visits that don't necessarily need to be seen in the emergency room.
