Overall experience is very good and the treatment given by Dr. Rahul Singh Sir is extraordinary and tremendous and by his behaviour only the patient can recover about 70%. But I have to say that the room facility is too much poor and the floor manager didn't follow SOS for room service. When I asked her for Tea Table as per their Room service List, she said we don't have table as it gone for repairing which is totally wrong info and she asked us to pls change the room if you want. Very very inappropriate response from the FLOOR MANAGER of such reputed hospital. B M SHAH HOSPITAL Operation manager should take the responsibility that if patient pay for the room then hospital should provide all the room facilities. -Amir Hashmi
