1. I have had extensive dealings with North Coast Hospitals and received mixed responses. However, at Casino I found all the Administration staff and nurses to be helpful and empathetic. It shows in their friendly manner that they enjoy working there. When I asked questions or summoned help for my relative, they responded with a smile and I was not made to feel I was being a nuisance.
2. Thank you so much to all the staff involved in attending to my son when he arrived on Saturday night ( 2 weeks ago) with a collapsed lung and a stubbornly stoic attitude.
Wait time was minimal. Care was amazing. Staff were lovely, kind, attentive and very professional.
