We went on Christmass eve for a rabies vaccination after being attacked by wild racoons. Not only did they administer the rabbies and tetanus shots immediately, but they also ordered and delivered an important serum just in two days. Both me and my husband were helped by at least five different staff. As foreigners not knowing the healthcare system, this was a lifesaving experience. We want to thank everyone for their kindness and professionalism.

We came in for the final anti-rabies shot of my boyfriends course after he was bitten by a street dog a month ago. We were helped immediately, by very friendly Spanish speaking staff, and then by English speaking staff. We couldn't be more happy with our experience here. We were told this is the only place in Mérida that has vacuna antirrábica, rabies vaccine, anti rabies shot, immunoglobulin, etc. Not sure if that's the case, but it's a great place to get help!

Very friendly, I went for a medical certificate and they explained everything to me in detail, and if you have questions you can ask at the entrance or at the service desk next to the stairs, they receive the samples from Monday to Sunday and deliver results the next day, they require a stool sample, fasting for 8 hours, and identification, they had told me that the price is $80 MX, and the hours for receiving the sample are from 7:00 to 8:30 A.M. In general, their attention is quick and quite complete. If you have questions because you don't see anyone at the entrance, ask the guard about where to go and with whom; and guides them without problem.
