In 1926, a children's department was opened in the district hospital named after the October Revolution in Bobruisk (headed by P.G. Lozinskaya). She worked in this position until 1938, when a building for a children's department with 30 beds was built in the courtyard of the city hospital (headed by S.M. Staygel). On April 1, 1952, the children's department was separated from the Bobruisk Regional Hospital and reorganized into a city children's hospital. In 1963, a three-story building of the Bobruisk City Children's Hospital was put into operation (Bobruisk, 50 Let Oktyabrya St., 19).
