Clínica Dr. Hugo Fonseca Arce is the main public health clinic serving the canton of Santo Domingo in Heredia. As part of the Costa Rican Social Security Fund (CCSS), it provides comprehensive primary healthcare services to the local population, including general medicine, preventive care, maternal and child health, and chronic disease management.
