I am writing this review primarily to express my satisfaction with the care my child received in the pediatrics department. I would like to express my deep gratitude to all the nursing staff in the department, particularly the nurses Khadidja, Amel, Soumiya, and Chaimaa, who cared for my daughter during our stay. Their professionalism, kindness, and availability were a great comfort to us. Dr. ABBAD, the centerpiece of the department, also demonstrated great competence and attentive listening. (Thank you again.) However, I regret that fathers are treated in the same way as other visitors. Their role as parents should allow them to benefit from specific support, particularly in terms of visiting hours. Furthermore, the behavior of certain employees, such as the supervisor and security, really needs to be reviewed. Their communication approach is truly deplorable. I also think it would be wiser to use a security scanner at the entrance to the establishment rather than searching people in an archaic manner. Overall, I was satisfied with the service provided by the establishment and congratulate the Hasnaoui family for the most essential service they provided to the city of Sidi Bel Abbes.----Rym ALLAL
