I recently had the opportunity to have a permanent hair removal session at the Topmedica clinic and I would like to share my honest experience. First of all, I was impressed by the cleanliness and layout of the space, which creates a very pleasant and relaxing environment. The atmosphere is warm, and the staff, especially Georgiana, who took care of the hair removal session, stood out for her professionalism, patience and attention to detail. I really appreciated her calm and friendly way of explaining each step of the procedure, which gave me a sense of comfort throughout the session. As for the results, I must admit that although I have had permanent hair removal in other places, I have not yet noticed a significant difference after this first session. I would also like to emphasize the professionalism and dedication of the Topmedica team, which strives to provide quality services and ensure the most pleasant experience for each client.
