Hospital Beds & Infrastructure

1. Came in for an x-ray expecting a sprained ankle.....turns out it was way more damaged than I thought.
Ended up staying for 5 days and getting surgery on my foot.
I thought the support staff was great, the doctors I spoke to were great as well.

Also the food wasn't too bad!

2. Unreasonable wait times due to government funding issues and systems collapse aside, this has been one of the best hospitals I've ever visited. The staff are kind and empathetic, the nurses are caring, and the doctors are competent, professional, and have an excellent bedside manner. It says a lot when you've spent over 30 hours in the ER and can still leave 5 stars imo. They're perfectly bilingual and actually pronounced my name correctly so that's an added bonus. There's no tolerance for abuse, and I felt safe even though I was in close proximity to someone having probably one of the worst days of their life. I've been to a lot of hospitals in Onatrio and Quebec, and Montfort is (by far) the BEST. Parking's expensive though. Come on, no one wants to be here.
