1. Very good experience for the day hospital, the team is wonderful and very attentive to the patient but also the family.
For long hospitalization unfortunately the lack of staff and means has repercussions it is a death
2. well-being. the well-being team is excellent despite the fact that the premises are cramped and unsuitable. the team is doing a fantastic job. however, a real massage table is missing. we also have to think about our caregivers who could become demotivated and break their backs!!! It's not all very practical but the team is very professional and doesn't complain. I hope that we will take into account the well-being of the team at work!! thank you for these moments when we consider the patient. best wishes
