1. I have only to thank all the pediatric staff (7th floor and emergency) that took care of my 2 months old baby Eduardo for 4 days. You are wonderful people, wonderful professionals. Thanks so much for the professionalism and kindness towards him and patience to me. You should be proud of you. You are those who make difference when times are difficult.
I only regret the number of people that I meet in the emergency waiting room that looked like with ordinary health problems, and not with true emergencies, waisting a precious time from nurses and doctors.
Emergency is emergency, not an ordinary RDV.
2. Came in for an ACL reconstruction. The experience could not have been better. The entire medical staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and I found the day of the intervention was very well organized. I could not have hoped for a better procedure. The 2 surgeons did an excellent job, and I felt really well taken care of. Bravo!!
