The Instituto de Prevenção in Rio Branco, Acre, was inaugurated on November 20, 2018. It focuses on combating early-stage cancers, including those of the breast, cervix, mouth, and skin. The facility has the capacity for approximately 8,390 attendances monthly, encompassing exams, outpatient services, and minor surgical procedures. The team comprises specialists such as mastologists, gynecologists, nurses, psychologists, and social workers.

I was very well looked after. The hospital's facilities are excellent, it's a shame that the staff don't know how to take care of the place and keep the front door completely open with the air conditioning on, which overloads the system and generates huge energy consumption. AlineCR
