HEUE is a state public hospital in Vitória, Espírito Santo, serving as a regional reference for emergency, trauma, and urgent care. It operates fully under the Brazilian public health system (SUS) and is the main facility handling SAMU and Fire Department emergency cases in the metropolitan area. Since 2020, it has been managed by the Associação Evangélica Beneficente Espírito Santense (AEBES).
