I had a great experience overall. Check in is a little tedious and not much communication with doctors. Everyone and nurses were very sweet and accommodating . Everything was clean and professional, food was good too :)

I had surgery with Dr. Hans Ruiz to repair my displaced clavicle fracture yesterday at Hospital Médica de la Ciudad Tijuana. I am so happy I chose him and his team as well as this hospital. The hospital was beautiful and the cleanest I’ve ever seen. Dr. Jorge Ruiz who took care of me in the hospital during my overnight recovery was also outstanding, took time to check on me consistently and explained things throughly. The staff at the hospital were professional, compassionate and attentive! I traveled from the US & had consulted with other Orthopedic Surgeons and hospitals, I could not be happier with the decision I made. Highly recommend!!
