I work in Hammond and was in need of quick care. My mother told me about this facility, so I went. From the moment I stepped in, every staff member from the front desk clerk to the doctor himself were SO kind. In the midst of near panic, they were calming and attentive. I received many services- general diagnostic, blood work, CT scan, X-ray, and an EKG. These were all conducted within an hour. The doctor came back with results from all of them about 30 minutes after they were all finished. I was out within an hour and a half- give or take a few minutes. I’ve not visited many doctors and only have experience with one other ER, and I can easily say this was the best service I have ever received. Highly recommend using their care when in need! They were awesome!

What a great experience. My wrist and hand were swollen after a blood donation. Jessica was friendly and fabulous especially at 4 in the morning and helped me fill out the paperwork with me having a swollen right hand. The nurse was so courteous and concerned and the doctor knew EXACTLY what the problem was and assured me all was well. In and out in less than an hour! Our new ER! Hopefully not too often.~
