Prima Vård is a family-founded healthcare company with around 150 local healthcare units with a wide range. The company has around 500,000 listed patients in half of Sweden's regions. Nordstjernan has been the main owner since 2018 with CEO, Hugo Lewné, as a minority owner. Hugo founded Prima Vård together with his father, Doctor Simon Larsson, with the stated ambition of building a high-quality player in Swedish healthcare. Prima Vård currently operates in four business areas with around 3,000 employees. The Primary Care business area is the largest with just over 50 healthcare centers under local brands. In addition to Primary Care, Prima Vård has a large operation in the Child and Women's Health business area, which is operated under the brands Mama Mia, BB Stockholm and Logopedbyrån Dynamica. Prima Vård also operates child psychiatry, adult psychiatry and addiction care within the Psychiatry business area. In addition, the company's Working Life business area provides services to companies and organizations in 6 separate companies. Prima Vård changed its name from Lideta Hälsovård in 2022.
