I took my 5 yo here to see the dentists as it’s one of the few that accepts our insurance and had availability that was within the same week as calling. Aspen checked us in, who was super sweet and friendly. We had minimal wait time (max of maybe 10 minutes if that) before the dental assistant called us back. I forget her name but she was also very kind and friendly, and so understanding as I had my 1 year old with us as well who was very interested in all the things. She explained things in a way that was caring and easy to understand. The dr came in was also very friendly and professional. She also explained things in a way that was easy to understand and both dr and the assistant answered any questions I had very well. Very very lovely dental and front office staff!! Couldn’t recommend them enough and will be going back as needed!

The entire staff I’ve had the pleasure of in contact with have always been very accommodating, friendly, and excellent all around. I am an individual who asks plenty of questions, and without fail, they take the time to find me an adequate/thorough response. A brief note, I do have coverage with zero co-pays; so I can’t comment on the experience on the side of billing. Additionally, I have never used this facility for a walk-in visit so I am unable to provide feedback towards that end either. But to summarize, for my own personal experience I only have positive things to say towards the staff. They do get busy so there is an occasional wait time so it’s a good idea to call ahead and schedule for when you’re free of responsibilities. Two thumbs up and a blown kiss :)
