The Vila Valério Emergency Care Unit is a municipal public health facility dedicated to providing urgent and emergency medical services to the local population and surrounding region. Integrated with the Municipal Health Department, the unit operates 24/7, offering immediate care for acute clinical cases, trauma, stabilization of critical patients, and referrals to higher-level hospitals when necessary. The unit is part of the municipality’s health network, which also includes Primary Health Units, Family Health teams, and specialty outpatient clinics.
