Again , exceptional experience . Kind, helpful from the time you walk in the door !until you exit, best ER staff I’ve ever experienced. Special shout out to Dr. Matthew Short for prompt, thorough, professional, and compassionate care late tonight on a busy night. Their follow-through is also atypically thorough. Tamika at the front desk is also consistently kind and puts the patient at ease. The guard out front, the receptionist, equally attentive . Thank you, all!! I’m grateful. And not to oversee, Dr. Blake Moore, Urologist/Surgeon incorporates his personal beliefs with the care, expertise in having patients 'to be family'. This matters very much to us. Majority of physicians, staff, health care facilities tend to FORGET that patients rely on the time to be heard/listened to and to explain, discuss, etc. what are needed. Do not literally shove a handful of prescriptions to try, and undertake a barrage of blood tests then booted out the door with 'see you in 3-6months'. Retreat Doctors Hospital services are underrated and we highly recommend this facility, and their robotic technology. ~CATHY A ROBINSON
