Visited this doctor on our trip in Cozumel. He works in Melia Cozumel - name is Josue. Had an ear wax compacted in after diving in the ocean for a few days. He did an excellent job of clearing both my ears but mote importantly, he explained everything about the process and how to prevent this from happening.
