1. Went to St. Vincent's for a pulmonary issue and was impressed from the start. The reception staff was friendly and welcoming, and the er nurses were incredibly patient. From the friendly faces at the front desk in the emergencies, to every nurse, technician, and doctor, everyone made me feel incredibly comfortable. My room was really good, and the operation went smoothly. Special mention goes to Alex, one of the first nurses, and Maeve, my assigned nurse once I got to my room. Both were incredibly kind and empathetic professionals (as everyone, really) It's truly heartwarming when people love what they do.
