1. Following recommendations from my pain specialist, I undertook nerve ablations. Everyone was so friendly and kind, from front reception to those in the theatre. A very relaxing and beneficial experience

2. I was admitted to St.Vincents Private Hospital at Chermside on Sunday 1st Aug 2021 until Monday 9th Aug. The whole experience from the caring nurses, physiotherapists and professional doctors to the cleaners and catering staff was more than satisfactory. The radiographers doing the MRI and CT scans were very empathetic. I was a person not a number and this is an element that is often missing from many hospitals. Perhaps I was lucky and was admitted in a quieter period than usual but even my discharge to another hospital by the ambulance officers was effected in a timely manner. THANK YOU to all staff involved and keep on caring!
The only constructive criticism I have is perhaps if the doctors are strapped for time to fully explain any diagnosis a head nurse could be elected to convey such information in lay terms.
