Mar 2025 ER section was pretty clean, bright, and organized. There is a triage section as you come in before you are then given to a separate queue depending on your case. For a very minor emergency on a Sunday late afternoon, my friend waited for 1 1/2 hrs +++ which was not so bad. After the check-up from a specialist we then had a 2nd consultation before finally going to billing for payment and security clearance. Very well managed. Average consulation fee comes to around 4K per ER doctor.

ith the hospital itself – it's very clean, and I appreciated the overall environment. However, the parking situation is a bit disappointing. I paid 60 pesos for less than an hour, even with a validated ticket, which feels overpriced. Without validation, it costs 600 pesos, which seems excessive for a hospital visit. While there is plenty of parking available, for that price, I expect the best to give me the best—an EV charger should be provided. Overall, I would rate the experience 3/5 stars.
