1. Our child was born here. The hospital had enough wards and all the necessary equipment. Many thanks to the nurses, they were very kind, caring and professional. Anesthesia helped ease the pain. The cost of childbirth is fully covered by the Ontario Health Card. 24 hours after birth, the child is examined, and if everything is fine, you are discharged home. The maternity ward is on the 15th floor, with a beautiful view of St. Michael's Church.

2. I’d like to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional medical care provided by Dr. David Mackinnon at the Emergency Care Unit of St. Michael’s Hospital on May 13. His professionalism, care, and resourcefulness were truly remarkable. He took the time to thoroughly explain the potential causes of my abdominal pain and related symptoms, and his respectful and understanding approach was deeply appreciated.

I also want to express my gratitude to Sonya (apologies if I misspelled her name) for going above and beyond to ensure my comfort during my time at the hospital. Her attentive care and ability to quickly and successfully address my difficulties with blood tests made a significant difference in my experience.

I am grateful for the exceptional work of the entire Emergency Care Unit team, who tirelessly cared for all the patients that day. I was present from 9 a.m. to 8:40 p.m. and witnessed their hard work throughout the entire day. My heartfelt thanks to everyone involved for their dedication and hard work with a high volume of patients that day.
