Did not have to wait long to get in for an appointment. Did not wait at all upon arriving. I saw a nurse practitioner who was both professional and warm, unlike most doctors I've seen over the years. She seemed to genuinely care about my health and well-being. I was directed to both the x-ray area and the laboratory. Wait times were short at both places and staff was polite, professional and accommodating. A much more pleasant experience than I expected.

People don’t realize the amount of politics within a hospital. And the hoops healthcare workers have to jump through to give us all care. That said, every nurse/doctor/desk person I’ve encountered there has been nothing but kind and friendly and helpful. I always felt safe and in the right hands - and that was through a placental abruption, a delivery of a healthy baby and a handful of other things. Also the hospice team goes above and beyond.
