The staff was outstanding. They really took care of my husband, who broke his leg. I want to say thank you to Dr. Nicholas Lee, for putting my husband leg back together. Had the most incredible experience at the er, all factors considered. They were very busy but very accommodating and helpful. Once I was in the back, the team was nothing but welcoming and understanding. I normally HATE going to doctors offices as I have struggled being heard, validated or understood without being given hassle and they made this experience so much easier and stress free. Ralph and Lorraine were so sweet and made me feel so comfortable and made a bad day turn into a better one and gave me a better hope for doctor’s offices. INCREDIBLE TEAM!
