Hai Ba Trung District Medical Center is located in the southeast of Hanoi and has a long history dating back to 1954. Originally established as the Hai Ba Trung neighborhood health office, it has grown from a staff of fewer than 10 to nearly 250 professionals. The center is responsible for primary healthcare, epidemic prevention, maternal and child health, family planning, and the management of social diseases for the district’s population. Over the decades, it has played a crucial role in public health, especially during wartime and in peacetime development, constantly upgrading its infrastructure, equipment, and human resources to meet the growing needs of the community.
