The center is known for its professional, dedicated staff and modern facilities. It has implemented over 1,200 medical techniques, including 90 advanced procedures previously only available at higher-level hospitals. The center emphasizes continuous staff training, quality management, and the application of new technologies (such as VNeID for patient registration and payment). Patient satisfaction rates are high, with 96% for inpatients and 95.4% for outpatients in 2024. The center is also proactive in public health, disease prevention, and community education
