A completely different, compassionate and supportive experience than any I’ve been to to date. I am an autoimmune chronic pain patient and permanently disabled and in motorized wheelchair so it is already difficult to say the very least to do any hospital or Er visits period. I would take Tucson ER & Hospital over any other—bar none. I’m so grateful to everyone for their kindness, care, compassion, proficiency, expediency and professionalism! Best ER experience ever. From registration to check out the process was seamless. Staff were friendly, courteous, and caring. From the time I checked in I was brought back within 5 minutes and placed in a room. I saw the doctor within 10 minutes and all the orders put in were completed within 10 minutes of the doctor leaving the room. Absolute amazing service and experience.
