Thank you Tucson ER & Hospital!!! This is the first time I have truly given any type of hospital and it’s staff or ER experience 5 stars across the board! A completely different, compassionate and supportive experience than any I’ve been to to date. I am an autoimmune chronic pain patient and permanently disabled and in motorized wheelchair so it is already difficult to say the very least to do any hospital or Er visits period. I would take Tucson ER & Hospital over any other—bar none. I’m so grateful to everyone for their kindness, care, compassion, proficiency, expediency and professionalism! And even though my problems weren’t entirely resolved when I left, I was stabilized and in much better condition than when I arrived and they provided me w an excellent plan of care post discharge. Best ER experience ever. From registration to check out the process was seamless. Staff were friendly, courteous, and caring. From the time I checked in I was brought back within 5 minutes and placed in a room. I saw the doctor within 10 minutes and all the orders put in were completed within 10 minutes of the doctor leaving the room. Absolute amazing service and experience.
