About Us :

Established in 1881 as the Weihsien Shantung American Presbyterian Hospital by the United Presbyterian Church of North America, Weifang People's Hospital has evolved into a comprehensive medical institution. Renamed in January 1984, it was designated as a 3A-grade hospital by the provincial government in 1992. The hospital spans a combined floor area of 348,600 square meters and includes a brain branch hospital, a women's and children's branch hospital, and two branch hospitals in Hanting District and Binhai Economic and Technological Development Zone.

Awards & Recognition

The hospital's departments of critical care medicine and neurosurgery have been selected as national key clinical specialty construction projects. Additionally, seven departments—hepatological surgery, neurosurgery, urology, gastroenterology, hematology, ultrasonography, and orthopedics—are listed among Shandong provincial key specialties in medicine and health.
