Dr. Baru Lina has contributed significantly to medical research and healthcare advancements through various publications. In 2020, she authored Advancements in Primary Healthcare for Rural Communities, a comprehensive book that explores innovative models to improve healthcare accessibility in remote areas of India. The book highlights affordable treatment strategies and the integration of digital health solutions to bridge gaps in rural medical care. Her research in 2019, co-authored with Dr. Mehta, titled Pregnancy Outcome in Elderly Primigravida, was published in the International Journal of Reproduction, Contraception, Obstetrics and Gynecology. This study analyzed the risks and complications associated with late pregnancies, offering valuable insights into improved maternal care.

In 2021, Dr. Lina collaborated with Singh and Ramesh to publish Impact of Diet on Hypertension: A Longitudinal Study in Eastern India in the Indian Journal of Cardiology. This research examined dietary influences on blood pressure trends and suggested personalized nutrition plans for patients at risk of hypertension. A year later, she published Pediatric Infections and Their Treatment Approaches in India in the Journal of Clinical Medicine Research. This study provided an in-depth analysis of common pediatric infections, patterns of antimicrobial resistance, and the most effective treatment methodologies tailored to the Indian healthcare system.
