With 21 years of experience, Dr. Bless has worked in various healthcare settings, including hospitals and private practice. He currently practices at his clinic located at 35RP+MX2, Punta Gorda, where he focuses on chronic disease management, cardiovascular health, and preventive care. Previously, Dr. Bless worked as a Senior Physician at Belize General Hospital (2005-2012), specializing in internal medicine and cardiology. He also served as a General Practitioner at St. Mary's Clinic from 2003 to 2005.

Dr. Bless has contributed significantly to research in cardiovascular health, chronic disease prevention, and internal medicine. His research has primarily focused on early diagnosis, the management of chronic conditions, and the role of lifestyle changes in preventing disease progression.
