Dr Catherine Stewart

Dr. Catherine Stewart is a highly experienced General Practitioner (GP) with over 20 years of medical experience. After completing her MBBS at the University of Sydney in 2003, she further pursued qualifications in Paediatrics, Obstetrics, and Gynaecology. Dr. Stewart specializes in women’s health, offering comprehensive care that includes antenatal care, contraceptive services, and gynecological procedures such as ring pessary fitting and IUD insertions.

Dr. Stewart practices at the Russell St Medical Centre, where she offers consultations specifically on women’s health every Tuesday. She also provides services related to menstrual disorders, incontinence, and family planning, including Implanon and Mirena insertions. Her extensive experience in GP Registrar teaching and medical education contributes to the development of future healthcare professionals.
