Dr. Ganesh Shrestha graduated from the Institute of Medicine, Tribhuvan University, in Nepal in 2006. He completed his Doctor of Medicine (MD) at the University of Colombo in Sri Lanka in 2016. Afterward, Dr. Shrestha underwent postgraduate medicine training at Gosford and Royal North Shore Hospitals in Sydney. He further specialized in nuclear medicine with training at Royal North Shore and Westmead Hospital.
Dr. Shrestha joined PRP Diagnostic Imaging in 2020 as a Nuclear Medicine Physician, bringing with him over 10 years of experience in medicine and nuclear medicine. He specializes in nuclear imaging, including positron emission tomography (PET), nuclear scans, and radionuclide therapies for diagnosing and treating various diseases, particularly cancer and heart conditions.
