Experience

Dr. John Cosgriff has been practicing as a General Practitioner (GP) for over 22 years since completing his MBChB at the University of Auckland in 2000. He moved to Sydney in 2015 and is a Fellow of both the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) and the Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners (FNZCGP). His experience spans across all areas of family medicine, with particular expertise in mental health and men’s health.

Dr. Cosgriff has a strong focus on preventative care and early diagnosis, and offers antenatal shared care to expecting mothers. His approach is holistic and patient-centered, ensuring that treatment plans are tailored to individual needs. Dr. Cosgriff works closely with patients to manage chronic conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, and mental health conditions such as depression and anxiety.
