Dr. Karl Oluwashemire has an extensive career spanning 28 years, having graduated from medical school in 1995. Over the years, he has built a diverse career in both primary and secondary healthcare settings.

In 2015, Dr. Oluwashemire earned the prestigious Fellowship of the West African College of Physicians in Family Medicine, a qualification that significantly bolstered his expertise in comprehensive healthcare delivery. Since then, he has served as a Consultant General Practitioner and has led a Comprehensive Primary Health Centre.

His role at the health centre encompassed a broad spectrum of responsibilities, including hospital administration, clinical training for resident doctors, and providing holistic patient care to individuals from diverse backgrounds. Dr. Oluwashemire is particularly passionate about preventive care and family medicine, with a focus on chronic disease management, women’s health, and pediatric care.
