Experience

Dr. Katherine Cheung has been a practicing General Practitioner (GP) for over 16 years since graduating with her MBBS (Hons) from the University of Sydney in 2005. She completed her internship and residency at Westmead Hospital, one of the largest hospitals in Sydney, gaining valuable experience across various medical fields. After her training, Dr. Cheung chose to specialize in General Practice, where she became a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) in 2011.

Dr. Cheung is particularly passionate about women's health, specializing in pap smears, cervical screening tests, and pregnancy planning. She also has a strong interest in long-term health management, particularly preventative care and chronic disease management. As a supervisor, Dr. Cheung has mentored doctors in training, guiding them through their GP examinations and sharing her vast knowledge of General Practice.

Dr. Cheung is dedicated to providing comprehensive care, focusing on both physical and mental health while ensuring her patients lead healthy lives with proactive care and preventative measures.
