Dr. Melanie Stevenson graduated with a MBBS from the University of New South Wales in 2005. She completed her early training at Westmead Hospital and Westmead Children’s Hospital, gaining extensive experience in paediatrics, women’s health, and general medicine.
Dr. Stevenson has spent several years working in the private hospital sector, where she gained a deep understanding of chronic disease management, particularly in women’s health and dermatology. She has a special interest in skin cancer and is currently completing an Advanced Certificate in Dermatology and Skin Cancer through the Australasian College of Dermatologists.
Dr. Stevenson is passionate about putting her patients first and takes a holistic approach to care, ensuring that all aspects of a patient’s health are addressed. She is skilled in performing minor procedures such as skin excisions and biopsies, and she prides herself on providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
