Experience

Dr. Michael Seymour is a General Practitioner with over 8 years of medical experience. He began his career by completing a Bachelor of Science majoring in Physiology at the University of Queensland, followed by an Honours year. Dr. Seymour then pursued his MBBS at the University of Sydney, graduating in 2012.

After completing his final year of medical studies in Dubbo, Dr. Seymour undertook his internship and residency in Coffs Harbour. He gained experience working in Emergency Medicine at Concord Hospital in Sydney, before transitioning to General Practice training. Dr. Seymour achieved his FRACGP (Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners) in 2018.

Since joining The Gardens Medical Group in March 2020, Dr. Seymour has continued to provide comprehensive general practice care, focusing on chronic disease management, preventive healthcare, and patient education. His work includes a special focus on pediatrics and men’s health, with a commitment to promoting holistic health for his patients.
