Dr Prathap Hegde

Dr. Prathap Hegde is a highly skilled cardiologist with over 20 years of medical experience, including more than 15 years dedicated to cardiology practice. After completing his advanced cardiology training at AIIMS, New Delhi, he pursued a fellowship in interventional cardiology in Sydney, where he gained expertise in advanced cardiac procedures such as angioplasty and stenting.

Currently practicing in Albury, NSW, Dr. Hegde provides comprehensive cardiac care ranging from preventive cardiology to complex interventional procedures. His professional journey reflects a strong commitment to patient-centered care, innovation, and the use of evidence-based approaches in the management of cardiovascular diseases.

Dr. Hegde has actively participated in research projects on coronary artery disease, heart failure therapies, and preventive cardiology.
