Dr. Richard Archer is an experienced Diagnostic Radiologist with over 30 years of experience in MRI, MSK MRI, emergency radiology, and cross-sectional radiology. He completed his MBBS degree at the University of Liverpool in 1981 and went on to pursue his radiology training at Leicester and St Thomas Hospital in London.
Dr. Archer obtained his MRCP (UK) in 1987, FRCR Fellowship in 1990, and his FRANZCR Fellowship in 2009. He has practiced internationally, working in London, Northern Tasmania, and Saudi Arabia, where he served as a SHO at the Armed Forces Hospital in Riyadh between 1984 and 1986.
Dr. Archer is known for his contributions to I-MED Radiology's Emergency and out-of-hours TeleRadiology unit, I-Telerad, which he helped establish in 2007. His clinical interests include MRI, musculoskeletal imaging, emergency radiology, and cross-sectional imaging.
