Dr. Sarah Koffmann has over 18 years of experience in the medical field. She graduated with an MBBS from the University of Sydney in 2004 and specialized in General Practice, Women’s Health, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, and Adult Internal Medicine. After completing her hospital training in Canberra, Dr. Koffmann pursued General Practice training in Queanbeyan, NSW, and later worked in Katherine, Northern Territory.
Dr. Koffmann is a Fellow of the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (FACRRM) and has advanced skills in Adult Internal Medicine and Obstetrics & Gynaecology. Her primary areas of focus include women’s health, antenatal care, and preventative medicine, and she has a particular interest in rural and remote healthcare, where she provides comprehensive care to both women and children. Dr. Koffmann is passionate about addressing the unique health challenges faced by rural communities and providing high-quality healthcare to underserved populations.
She has returned to Bathurst, where she now lives with her husband and four children, while continuing to practice in general medicine, women’s health, and obstetrics. Dr. Koffmann enjoys a holistic approach to healthcare, with an emphasis on patient education, preventative care, and long-term management of chronic conditions.
