Dr. Stephanie Kerr is an experienced General Practitioner with over 10 years of clinical practice in general medicine. After completing her MBBS at the University of Otago, Dr. Kerr developed a keen interest in skin cancer medicine and went on to further her qualifications with Graduate Certificates in Skin Cancer Medicine and Dermoscopy.

Since joining Southern Cross Skin Cancer, Dr. Kerr has built a strong reputation in skin cancer care, specializing in the early detection, diagnosis, and treatment of skin cancers, including melanoma, basal cell carcinoma, and squamous cell carcinoma. She is also highly skilled in dermoscopy, a technique used to examine and diagnose skin lesions with greater precision.

In addition to her work in skin cancer, Dr. Kerr maintains a broad general practice, where she focuses on chronic disease management and preventive healthcare. Her approach to patient care is holistic, and she believes in empowering patients with knowledge about their health to ensure long-term well-being. Dr. Kerr is also passionate about educating patients on the importance of regular skin checks and early detection.
