Dr. Sunimalee Hapuarachchi is an experienced General Practitioner with over 10 years of clinical practice. She completed her MBBS and began her career in Sri Lanka, where she worked for 8 years in both hospital and general practice settings. During this time, Dr. Hapuarachchi gained significant experience in managing a wide range of medical conditions and developed a strong interest in child health, women's health, and chronic disease management.

Dr. Hapuarachchi then relocated to Papua New Guinea, where she continued her work in general practice and community health, further enhancing her clinical skills. Since moving to Australia, Dr. Hapuarachchi has spent the past 2 years working in emergency departments, gaining hands-on experience in acute care and trauma management.

Her diverse experience allows her to provide holistic, patient-centered care to patients of all ages, with a particular focus on women’s health and pediatric care. Dr. Hapuarachchi is committed to helping patients manage chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, and asthma, while also promoting preventive care to improve overall health.
