Dr. T P Chua is a Consultant Cardiologist with over 30 years of experience, specializing in interventional cardiology, heart failure, hypertension, and atrial fibrillation. He graduated from St Mary's Hospital Medical School in 1987 with First Class Honours in the intercalated BSc programme. Dr. Chua completed his cardiology specialty training in various London teaching hospitals, including St Bartholomew's, Royal Free, Royal Brompton, and Hammersmith Hospitals. He was a British Heart Foundation Research Fellow, focusing on heart failure pathophysiology, and obtained his MD degree from the University of London. Dr. Chua is accredited as a specialist in both general medicine and cardiology in the United Kingdom. He has published over 50 peer-reviewed papers in cardiology journals and has been recognized with fellowships from the Royal College of Physicians, the American College of Cardiology, and the European Society of Cardiology.
