Dr. Biribo has played a pivotal role in establishing and expanding neurosurgical services in Fiji, including leading the first neurological tumor surgery in Lautoka and the first neuro-spine surgery in Nadi. His commitment to improving health outcomes in the Pacific has been recognized internationally, earning him the President's Medal at the RACS Annual Scientific Congress in 2024.
